基于党建引领的“三融三力”工作模式探索“青禾兽医”品牌建设——以扬州大学兽医学院为例

【摘要】 党建引领是扬州大学兽医学研究生“三融三力”工作模式探索“青禾兽医”品牌建设的重要启迪。该文依托秉持“强农兴农”价值追求，以培养和造就坚定有为新时代兴农报国的高素质兽医人才为目标，通过思想淬炼、实践锻炼、创新锤炼等方式，积极打造“青禾兽医”红色党建工作品牌，探索出青禾兽医“一站式”生猪疫病精准防控思政工作精品项目，初步形成“三融三力”的党建工作模式，“三融”即党建融入事业、融进专业、融于需求，“三力”为提升思想引领“统合力”、发展创新动能“聚合力”、永葆奉献服务“耦合力”。全方位推进党支部品牌建设的新模式探索，牢固树立“育人工作到党支部”的鲜明导向，充分发挥党员先锋模范和党支部坚强的战斗堡垒作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The leadership of party building is an important inspiration for Yangzhou University veterinary medicine graduate students to explore the brand construction of "Qinghe Veterinary Medicine". This paper relies on the value pursuit of "strong farmers and farmers," With the goal of cultivating and producing high-quality veterinary talents who are firmly committed to the emerging agricultural and newspaper countries in the new era.
