【摘要】 专业学位研究生教育培养高层次应用型人才，其改革与创新对于满足社会经济发展需求具有重大意义。该文通过对现行教育体系的深入剖析，识别出培养模式单一、课程设置与市场需求脱节、实践教学薄弱及师资队伍建设不足等问题。针对这些问题，该文提出一系列切实可行的改革策略，包括多元化培养模式的构建、课程体系的现代化改革、实践教学的强化及师资队伍的强化。通过对国内外成功案例的对比分析，进一步验证这些改革策略的有效性和前瞻性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Professional degree graduate education and training to train high-level applied talents, its reform and innovation are of great significance to meet the needs of social and economic development. Through the in-depth analysis of the current education system, this paper identifies the problems of single training models, disconnection of curriculum settings and market demand, weak practical teaching, and insufficient teacher building construction. To address these challenges, this paper suggests a set of practical reform strategies, such as developing a diverse training model, modernizing the curriculum system, enhancing practical teaching, and fostering international faculty development. At the same time, this article also emphasizes the importance of establishing a scientific and effective quality guarantee system. By conducting a comparative study of successful domestic and international examples, this paper further verified the effectiveness and forward-looking of these reform strategies.更多还原
