以赋能创新为导向的实践创新能力培养模式研究

【摘要】 在新工科的建设背景下，以培养具有综合实践能力和团队意识的卓越人才为目标，结合建设创新型国家和人才强国战略及“高水平开放型实验室体系”建设构想，西南交通大学建设国内土木类唯一的大型独栋本科实验教学场地。实践教学是贯彻全面综合素质教育的重要一环，是对课内理论所学知识的深化，因此提高学生的动手能力，让学生们切实体会到学科知识的工程意义成了现在教育的重点。该文通过介绍示范中心建设的关键问题、相关举措和成效辐射，为土木工程专业人才培养提供理论参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of the construction of new engineering, with the goal of cultivating outstanding talents with comprehensive practical ability and team awareness, combined with the strategy of building an innovative country and a strong talent country and the construction concept of "high-level open laboratory system", Southwest Jiaotong University has built the only large-scale single-family undergraduate experimental teaching site in the civil engineering category in China. Practical teaching is an important part of the implementation of comprehensive quality education, and it is the deepening of the theoretical knowledge learned in the classroom, so improving students’ hands-on ability and allowing students to understand the engineering significance of subject knowledge has become the focus of education now. This paper introduces the construction and effectiveness of the demonstration center, and provides a theoretical reference for the training of civil engineering professionals.更多还原
