【摘要】 高校体育数字化教学是我国体育教学改革的新视点，有效弥补传统体育教学不足，提升公共体育课教学效率，解决学生为修满体育学分而上体育课的现实问题。采用文献梳理和逻辑思辨研究法，从高校体育教学实际出发，数字化赋能高校体育教学内在机理具有创新性、精准性、渗透性和高效性四个特性。通过分析高校体育教学的现实困境，实践得出体育数字化教学能够丰盈教学效果、丰润教学理念、丰厚教学平台，三个维度构建体育数字化教学体系，审视高校体育数字化教学的现实意义和功用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The digital teaching of physical education in colleges and universities is a new viewpoint of the reform of physical education in China, which can effectively make up for the deficiency of traditional physical education, improve the teaching efficiency of public physical education, and solve the practical problems of students taking physical education for full credits. Based on the actual physical education in colleges and universities, the internal mechanism of digital technology enabling physical education in colleges and universities has four characteristics: innovation, precision, penetration and efficiency. Through the analysis of the practical dilemma of college physical education, it is concluded that digital physical education can enrich the teaching effect,enrich the teaching concept and enrich the teaching platform, and construct the digital physical education system from three dimensions, and examine the practical significance and function of digital physical education in colleges and universities.更多还原
