新文科视域下数字经济专业人才培养模式研究

【摘要】 在人工智能飞速发展时代，数字经济专业凭借其广阔的发展前景和与时代紧密贴合的特性，已然成为众多高校竞相开设且备受青睐的热门爆款专业。新文科建设背景下数字经济专业若沿袭传统文科人才培养模式则面临知识体系滞后、跨学科整合不足、培养模式落后等诸多问题，为此该文深度剖析数字经济专业人才培养存在课程内容体系割裂、实践教学环节薄弱、师资队伍建设短板、人才培养与市场需求错配、社会认知和政策支持不足等五大现实困境，数字经济专业人才培养须遵循数字经济学科发展的“学科重构逻辑+技术赋能逻辑+价值重塑逻辑”三大逻辑体系，构建“学科知识螺旋+实践能力螺旋+职业发展螺旋”的三螺旋模型，以实现“学科交叉融合、产教协同育人、动态反馈优化”的培养目标，为数字经济专业人才培养模式改革提供相应参考，培养出契合社会发展需求的高质量数字经济专业人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the era of rapid development of artificial intelligence, digital economy has become a popular major in many universities. Under the background of new liberal arts construction, digital economy follows the traditional liberal arts talent training model and faces many problems such as lagging knowledge system, insufficient interdisciplinary integration, and backward training model. For this reason, this article deeply analyzes the five real difficulties in the training of digital economy talents,including the fragmentation of course content system, weak practical teaching links, shortcomings in the construction of teaching staff, mismatch between talent training and market demand, and insufficient social cognition and policy support. The training of digital economy talents must follow the three logical systems of "discipline reconstruction logic +technology empowerment logic +value reshaping logic" of the development of digital economy disciplines, and construct a triple helix model of "discipline knowledge spiral + practical ability spiral + career development spiral" to achieve the training goals of "cross-disciplinary integration, industry-education collaborative education, and dynamic feedback optimization", provide corresponding references for the reform of the talent training model of digital economy professionals, and cultivate high-quality digital economy professionals that meet the needs of social development.更多还原
