基于校企“二八合作”模式的材料成型及控制工程专业本科人才培养探索与实践

【Abstract】 University-enterprise cooperation is the important guarantee for local undergraduate universities to cultivate applied talents and develop themselves in high quality. This paper summarized that the two-eight law used to adjust teaching elements and the three-state theory of teaching elements was used to guide university-enterprise cooperation for educating people in material forming and control engineering major of Jiujiang University. The educational mechanism and the landscape of cultivating talents of the "two-eight cooperation" were formed. The practice exploration and experience summary of the teaching system and security system of cooperative education by university-enterprise in two-eight cooperationmode provided reference and inspiration for the cooperation between local undergraduate universities and enterprises.更多还原
