地方高校学科建设与研究生教育协同互促探索与实践

【摘要】 地方高校学科建设与研究生教育协同互促是实现高等教育内涵式发展的重要路径，通过聚焦地方高校学科建设与研究生教育的协同互促关系，深入分析其内在联系与作用机制，探讨协同发展过程中存在的问题，并提出优化策略与实施路径。结合中原工学院实践案例，验证学科与研究生教育协同发展的可行性与成效。研究表明，地方高校应聚焦特色学科，强化产教融合与科研反哺教学机制，加强本硕贯通式培养，推动学科建设与研究生教育双向赋能，形成“以学科育人才、以人才强学科”的良性生态，为服务区域经济社会发展提供支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 The synergistic development of discipline construction and postgraduate education in local colleges and universities is a critical pathway to achieving connotative advancement in higher education. By focusing on the collaborative interaction between discipline construction and postgraduate education, this study delves into their intrinsic connections and operational mechanisms, explores challenges encountered during the synergistic development process, and proposes optimization strategies and implementation pathways. Through a practical case study of Zhongyuan University of Technology, the feasibility and effectiveness of synergistic development between disciplines and postgraduate education are validated. The research indicates that local universities should prioritize the development of distinctive disciplines, strengthen industry-education integration and mechanisms for research to feed back into teaching, and promote bidirectional empowerment between discipline construction and postgraduate education. This approach fosters a virtuous ecosystem of "cultivating talents through disciplines and strengthening disciplines through talents," thereby providing robust support for regional economic and social development.更多还原
