【Abstract】 Under the background of Emerging Engineering Education(3E) construction, the ideological and political integration in Mechanics of Materials courses-a crucial foundational curriculum for engineering disciplines-holds significant importance for cultivating well-rounded socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development in moral, intellectual,physical, aesthetic, and labor education. Starting from the characteristics of Mechanics of Materials courses within the 3E framework, this paper explores integration approaches for ideological-political education, including mining ideological-political elements, innovating teaching methodologies, and enhancing practical instruction. Through analysis of practical cases, it examines the implementation effects of curriculum-based ideological education in Mechanics of Materials courses. The study aims to provide valuable references for implementing ideological-political education in Mechanics of Materials curriculum and promote its deeper development within the 3E context.更多还原
