“双碳”战略背景下矿业类人才培养模式研究的可视化分析

【摘要】 为探讨我国矿业类人才培养模式的研究现状并把握其整体发展趋势，该文基于CNKI数据库收集2014—2024年我国矿业类人才培养领域的相关文献，运用CiteSpace软件对该领域的年度发文量、作者与机构合作网络、关键词共现及突现等进行可视化分析。研究结果表明，该领域已形成多个小型合作团体，但作者间的整体合作关系较为薄弱，研究机构之间的合作多局限于同一院校或局部区域，跨机构、跨区域合作较为有限，尤其是行业企业的广泛参与度仍显不足。关键词分析显示，学者们聚焦于学生“国际化“”创新能力”等培养方向，并展望矿业类学科在课程设置、国际化人才培养及实习实践体系构建方面的发展趋势。该文通过对矿业类人才培养领域的知识图谱进行全面梳理，总结研究进展和未来发展趋势，为相关研究者及行业发展提供依据和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the current status of the research on talent training mode of mining industry in my country and grasp its overall development trend, this paper collected relevant documents in the field of talent training of mining industry in my country from 2014 to 2024 based on CNKI database, and used CiteSpace software to visualize the annual publication volume, author and institution cooperation network, keyword co-occurrence and emergence in this field. The research results show that many small cooperation groups have been formed in this field, but the overall cooperation relationship between authors is relatively weak, the cooperation between research institutions is mostly limited to the same college or local area, and the crossinstitutional and cross-regional cooperation is relatively limited, especially the extensive participation of industry enterprises is still insufficient. Keyword analysis shows that scholars focus on the training directions of students’ "internationalization" and "innovation ability", and look forward to the development trend of mining disciplines in curriculum setting, international talent training and internship practice system construction. This paper comprehensively sorts out the knowledge map in the field of talent training of mining industry, summarizes the research progress and future development trends, and provides scientific basis and practical reference for relevant researchers and industry development.更多还原
