食品科学与工程硕士文献阅读课程Seminar模式探析

【摘要】 提高研究生教育质量，课程建设是关键环节。文献阅读课程是从本科教育体系进入研究生教育体系的第一个教学关键环节（Critical Point,CP），为即将开展的创新研究奠定基础。以食品科学与工程硕士研究生文献阅读课程为例，阐述新工科视域下Seminar课程定位，通过问卷调查结合教学经验，提出Seminar课程提高学生的学习内驱力，具体到文献选择及阅读习惯的养成分析Seminar教学模式的实践意义，为教学模式选择、提高研究生课程教学质量提供借鉴，也为研究生个体有效的文献研读学习提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Curriculum is a key point for improving the quality of graduate education. The literature reading is the first critical point(CP), laying the foundation for the upcoming innovative research, especially from the undergraduate education to the graduate education. Such as Master’s Students in Food Science and Engineering, this article elaborates on the positioning of Seminar courses from the perspective of new engineering. Through a questionnaire survey combined with teaching experience, it proposes that Seminar courses can improve students’ learning motivation. Specifically, it analyzes the practical significance of the Seminar teaching mode in terms of literature selection and reading habits, providing reference for teaching mode and improving the quality of graduate course, as well as for effective literature reading and learning for individual graduate students.更多还原
