碎片化学习背景下一流学科本科创新型人才系统性思维培养的困境与策略——以东北林业大学林业工程学科为例

【摘要】 随着互联网的发展和学生碎片化学习时间的增多，碎片化学习已经成为学生广泛的学习方式。这种学习方式在为学生提供便利的同时，也存在着学习效率低、知识难以成体系、网络信息质量良莠不齐等困境。为了推进碎片化背景下林业工程一流学科本科创新型人才的培养，学校层面加强统筹规划，改善碎片化学习内容，建设在线教学专题网站，使得师生在线碎片化学习更加便利；教师层面积极转变教学方式，在加强对学生系统思维、创新能力、思考能力的同时，以书本和课堂为主线，碎片化学习为辅助查漏补缺，促进线上线下一体化；鼓励学生以问题为导向，提升碎片化学习效率等，从而为林业工程行业培养出适应时代、具备过硬专业知识和职业素养的新时代人才，并在学期末的本科生调查问卷中，达到89.46%的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the Internet and the increase of students’ fragmented learning time, fragmented learning has become a wide range of learning methods for students. This way of learning provides convenience for students, but also has some disadvantages such as low learning efficiency, difficult to form knowledge system, and uneven quality of network information. In order to promote the training of innovative undergraduate talents in the first-class discipline of forestry engineering under the background of fragmentation, the school level has strengthened the overall planning, improved the fragmented learning content,built special online teaching resources, and made the fragmented online learning more convenient for teachers and students.Teachers actively change teaching methods, strengthen students’ systematic thinking, innovative ability and thinking ability, and at the same time, take offline teaching as the main line and fragmented learning as the aid to check gaps and fill in the gaps,forming an integration of online and offline. They encourage students to be problem-oriented and improve the efficiency of fragmented learning, so as to cultivate talents in the new era who adapt to the times and have excellent professional knowledge and professional quality for the forestry engineering industry. In the questionnaire of undergraduates at the end of the semester, the satisfaction rate reached 89.46%.更多还原
