面向一流课程的三融合虚拟教研室建设探索

【摘要】 随着教育信息化的深入发展以及飞行器先进制造技术的发展，传统教研室已经难以适应当前人才培养的需求，为了发挥基层教学组织的作用，促进学生能力培养、教师能力提升和资源共享，针对飞行器制造工程专业的特点，协同信息类专业、其他高校以及主机厂专家共同建立跨时空的虚拟教研室，探索教研室运行机制，通过教研室的运行，推动一流课程建设，多方协作推动新型实验项目的建设，实现学生科创能力的培养，提升教师教学能力，促进资源建设与共享，实现校、企、生三方共赢，促进国家虚拟仿真项目和一流课程的建设与实践。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of educational informatization and advanced aircraft manufacturing technology, traditional teaching and research section are no longer able to meet the current needs of talent cultivation. In order to play the role of basic teaching organization, to promote student ability cultivation, teacher ability improvement and resource sharing, in response to the characteristics of aircraft manufacturing engineering, information technology majors, other universities, and experts from aircraft manufacturing factories are collaborated to establish a virtual teaching and research section and explore the operating mechanism of the teaching and research section. Through the operation of the teaching and research section, the construction of first-class courses are promoted, new experimental projects are developed by multiple parties collaboratively, students’ scientific and technological innovation abilities are trained, teachers’ teaching abilities are enhanced, teaching resource are constructed and shared, hence, a win-win situation among schools, enterprises, and students is achieved, and the construction and practice of national virtual simulation projects and first-class courses are promoted.更多还原
