保险类课程的思政元素提取与教学方案设计研究

【摘要】 根据教育部的课程思政建设指导纲要和保险专业人才培养的要求，保险类课程在教学过程中除了强调专业知识的传授之外还要重视课程思政教育。基于上述的背景，该文首先在保险学系列课程中围绕“风险意识、和谐社会、诚实守信、合规经营、创新守正”的理念在相关专业知识点提取思政教育元素，然后设计多样化教学方案以实现上述的教学目标，最后又总结项目实施效果并提出进一步改进的措施。通过该文的研究，可以有助于提升保险类课程的思政教学水平，更好地实现培育“德才兼备”型保险实务人才的教学目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the Guiding Outline of Curriculum Ideological and Political Construction issued by the Ministry of Education and the requirements for cultivating insurance professionals, in the teaching process of insurance courses, in addition to emphasizing the transmission of professional knowledge, emphasis should also be placed on curriculum ideological and political education. Based on the above background, this paper first extracts ideological and political education elements from relevant professional knowledge points around the concept of "risk awareness, harmonious society, honesty and trustworthiness, compliance management, innovation and integrity" in the insurance course series. Then, a diversified teaching plan is designed to achieve the above teaching objectives. Finally, the project implementation effect is summarized and further improvement measures are proposed. Through the research in this article, it can help to improve the level of ideological and political education in insurance courses, and better achieve the teaching goal of cultivating "moral and talent" insurance practical talents.更多还原
