管理思想史课程思政教学创新研究

【摘要】 课程思政是高校研究生教学改革的重要方向，深入挖掘管理思想史课程思政元素并且融入研究生教学环节具有重要的意义。管理思想史是企业管理专业研究生的基础必修课程，具有课程内容多样、理论观点多元、年代跨越长久等特点，具有丰富的思政元素。该文立足作者教学工作实际经历，从课程思政设计思路、教学创新和教学评价三个方面，探讨管理思想史课程思政教学创新措施，为企业管理专业研究生课程思政体系建设提供有力支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Curriculum ideological and political education is an important direction for the reform of graduate teaching in universities. It is great significance to deeply explore the ideological and political elements of the evolution of management thought and integrate them into graduate teaching. The evolution of management thought is a fundamental and compulsory course for graduate students majoring in enterprise management. It has the characteristics of diverse course content, diverse theoretical viewpoints, and a long span of time. It is rich in ideological and political elements. Based on the author’s practical teaching experience, this article explores innovative measures for ideological and political education in the evolution of management thought course from three aspects:course ideological and political design ideas, teaching innovation, and teaching evaluation, providing strong support for the construction of the ideological and political education system for graduate courses in enterprise management.更多还原
