“一带一路”背景下土木水利专业硕士实践创新人才培养模式探究——以西安工业大学为例

【摘要】 “一带一路”背景下，土木工程专业人才培养更加注重学生的实践能力和创新思维。产教融合是高校培养应用型人才的着力点和突破口，而实践基地是培养学生实践创新能力的载体和关键环节。因此，有效利用高校和校外企业资源，在实际工程项目中培养专业硕士创新思维和解决实际工程问题的能力就显得尤为重要。该文以西安工业大学土木水利专业硕士产教融合培养模式为例，在充分分析目前实践能力培养存在的问题以及行业高级应用人才需求现状的基础上，提出依托高校和企业双平台，以提升“学生、教师、企业”三个主体能力为目标，实现校企资源的四个融合，构建土木水利专业硕士产教融合实践创新能力培养的新模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of the "Belt and Road", the practical abilities and innovative thinking of students are paid more attention to. The integration of industry and education is a focal point and breakthrough for cultivation of applied talents of universities. Thus, practice bases are the carriers and key links for nurturing students’ practical and innovative abilities. Therefore, it is especially important to effectively utilize resources from both universities and off-campus enterprises to foster the innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities of professional masters in the engineering projects. Taking the industry-education integration training model of professional masters majored in civil and hydraulic engineering in Xi’an Technology University as an example, this paper fully analyzes the current problems in cultivating practical abilities and the status of industry’s demand for high-level applied talents.It proposes a new model for cultivating the practical innovation abilities of rofessional masters majored in civil and hydraulic engineering, based on the dual platform of universities and enterprises, aimed at enhancing the capabilities of the three main bodies:’students, teachers, and enterprises’, and achieving the four integrations of school-enterprise resources.更多还原
