【摘要】 文章利用渐进双重差分模型考察了自由贸易试验区建设对中国专利出海的政策效果。研究发现，自由贸易试验区建设加速了城市海外专利申请和布局，尤其加快了中国发明人在美国等发达国家针对性专利布局的进程。机制分析表明，自由贸易试验区建设主要通过贸易促进效应、成本降低效应以及创新能力激励效应作用于城市海外技术布局。同时，自由贸易试验区建设的政策影响存在外溢效应，对毗邻城市主要表现为辐射带动作用。文章研究结论对自由贸易试验区进一步深化建设、中国加速融入国际科技创新网络、实现科技自立自强具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper employs a staggered DID model to investigate the policy effect of the construction of pilot free trade zones(FTZs) on China’s “going global with patents”. The research shows that the construction of pilot FTZs accelerates the overseas patent applications and layout of the cities, especially speeding up the process of targeted patent layout of Chinese inventors in the developed countries such as the United States. The mechanism analysis reveals that the construction of pilot FTZs affects the overseas technology layout of the cities mainly through trade promotion effect, cost reduction effect and innovation capability incentive effect. Meanwhile, the policy impact of the construction of pilot FTZs has spillover effects, which mainly manifest as radiating and driving effects on adjacent cities. The research conclusions of this paper are of great significance for further deepening the construction of pilot FTZs, accelerating China’s integration into international scientific and technological innovation network, and achieving self-reliance and self-improvement in science and technology.更多还原
