无共振峰的准零刚度隔振系统及半主动开关控制算法研究

【摘要】 为了避免准零刚度隔振系统的低频共振,将开关可控阻尼器与准零刚度隔振系统并联,通过半主动开关控制算法对阻尼器进行控制,得到了一种无共振峰的准零刚度隔振系统。对系统进行力学分析,研究系统的结构参数对准零刚度特性的影响。根据系统的动力学方程,以动平台所受合力最小为准则,提出了合力最小的控制算法。以绝对加速度传递率作为系统隔振性能的评价参数,对可控阻尼器处于开关控制状态、常关状态和常开状态时系统的隔振性能进行仿真和实验分析。仿真和实验结果具有较好的一致性,结果表明:处于半主动开关控制时,在低频范围内,系统的绝对加速度传递率T_a接近于1,且系统无共振峰的产生,低频隔振性能得到了有效的保证;在中高频范围内,相较于常开状态系统的绝对加速度传递率T_a更小,隔振性能更为优异。

【Abstract】 In order to avoid low-frequency resonance of the quasi-zero stiffness isolation system, a switchable controllable damper is connected in parallel with the quasi-zero stiffness isolation system. The damper is controlled using a semi-active switch control algorithm, resulting in a quasi-zero stiffness isolation system without resonance peaks.The structural parameters of the system are studied to analyze their influence on the quasi-zero stiffness characteristics. A control algorithm for minimizing the resultant force based on the dynamic equation of the system is proposed. The absolute acceleration transmissibility is used as the evaluation parameter for the isolation performance of the system. Simulation and experimental analysis are conducted for the system’s isolation performance when the controllable damper is in switch control, normally closed, and normally open states. The simulation and experimental results are consistent and indicate that in the low-frequency range, the absolute acceleration transmissibility of the system T_a is close to 1 under semi-active switch control, and the system had no resonance peaks, effectively guaranteeing low-frequency isolation performance. In the mid-to high-frequency range, the absolute acceleration transmissibility of the system T_a is smaller compared with the normally open state, indicating superior isolation performance.
