超声振动辅助切削加工在难加工材料中的应用

【摘要】 本文对超声振动辅助切削加工技术在航空航天领域难加工材料应用的现状和趋势进行综述。针对钛合金、碳纤维增强复合材料、金属基复合材料及硬脆材料等难加工材料,超声振动辅助切削加工体现出独特的优势。超声振动辅助切削加工通过在刀具或工件上施加超声振动,改变加工轨迹和材料去除机制,能有效提高加工效率,降低切削力,减小刀具磨损,同时提升工件表面质量。最后对超声振动辅助切削加工技术的未来发展进行展望,指出该技术在高端制造领域具有广泛应用潜力。

【Abstract】 This paper reviews the current status and trends of ultrasonic vibration-assisted machining technology in the processing of difficult-to-machine materials for aerospace applications. For challenging materials such as titanium alloys, carbon fiber-reinforced composites, metal matrix composites, and hard brittle materials, ultrasonic vibrationassisted machining demonstrates unique advantages. By applying ultrasonic vibrations to cutting tools or workpieces, this technology modifies processing trajectories and material removal mechanisms, effectively improving machining efficiency,reducing cutting forces, decreasing tool wear, and enhancing workpiece surface quality. Finally, the article prospects the future development of ultrasonic vibration-assisted machining technology, emphasizing its broad application potential in high-end manufacturing fields.
