【摘要】 成形铣齿为干式切削过程,在实际生产加工中,铣齿刀片所受交变切削力较大,导致刀片受力磨损加剧,同时在铣削过程中存在因排屑不顺畅导致切屑累积刮伤加工齿面等问题。针对大模数齿轮铣削过程存在的问题,本文通过成形铣齿加工实验修正建立的成形铣齿热—力耦合模型,通过优化盘铣刀前角及容屑槽结构,研究不同前角和容屑槽形状对铣削加工的影响,旨减小铣削力、减少刀片磨损及提高齿面加工精度。

【Abstract】 The process of form milling is a dry cutting process. In the actual production and processing process, the alternating cutting force on the milling insert is large, resulting in increased wear and tear on the insert. At the same time, there are problems such as poor chip removal during milling, which leads to chip accumulation and scratching of the machined tooth surface. Addressing the challenges in the milling process of large modulus gears, this study revises the established thermo-mechanical coupling model for form milling through experiments. By optimizing the rake angle and chip groove structure of the disk milling cutter, this study investigates the impact of different rake angles and chip groove shapes on milling processes. The aim is to reduce milling forces, minimize insert wear, and enhance the precision of tooth surface machining.
