基于蒙特卡洛方法的三点圆度测量不确定度评定与降低

【摘要】 为评估三点圆度测量结果的可靠性,解决传统间接方法难以评定涉及误差分离方法测量的不确定度问题。本文基于蒙特卡洛方法对三点圆度测量不确定度进行评估。调研测量系统的主要误差源,为使测量不确定度更具可追溯性,分析圆度谐波分量幅值的不确定度,得出传感器角度位置偏差对圆度误差的谐波不确定度影响较大。提出降低测量不确定度的混合谐波评估方法,使圆度测量总不确定度从3.94μm减小为2.75μm,仿真验证结果表明:圆度测量不确定度明显降低,三点法测量圆度轮廓的精度提高。

【Abstract】 To assess the reliability of three-point roundness measurements and to address the difficulty of assessing the uncertainty of measurements involving error separation methods by traditional indirect methods. In this paper, the uncertainty of three-point roundness measurements is evaluated based on the Monte Carlo method. The main sources of error in the measurement system are first investigated. To make the measurement uncertainty more traceable, the uncertainty in the amplitude of the roundness harmonic component is analyzed, and it is concluded that the sensor angular position deviation has a large impact on the harmonic uncertainty of the roundness error. A hybrid harmonic evaluation method is proposed to reduce the measurement uncertainty, which reduces the total roundness measurement uncertainty from 3. 94 μm to 2. 75 μm. The simulation and validation results show that there is a significant reduction in the roundness measurement uncertainty, which improves the accuracy of the three-point method for measuring the roundness profile.
