顶套式剃齿夹具对矩形花键孔齿轮的适用性及精度控制
Suitability and Precision Control of Tubular Fixture for Gear-shaving to Gears with Rectangular Spline Holes
【摘要】 应用顶套式剃齿夹具以小径定心方式加工矩形花键孔齿轮时,因非圆弧区段孔轴接触线的实时变化会引起齿坯与剃齿刀中心距的变化,从而对几何偏心产生影响。利用解析法建立中心距变化的数学模型,基于MATLAB软件对两种规格、不同小径孔轴配合代号的矩形花键进行中心距变化的图形仿真,揭示小径孔轴配合间隙量及矩形花键结构尺寸对中心距变化的影响规律。通过分析中心距变化规律对几何偏心及其对剃齿齿轮传动精度的影响,结合夹具使用工况评价顶套式剃齿夹具对矩形花键孔齿轮的适用性,提出对齿坯、夹具精度的控制策略。
【Abstract】 Gears with rectangular spline holes are machined in a small-diameter centering manner by applying the tubular fixture for gear-shaving. The variation in the center distance between the gear blank and the shaving cutter is caused by the real-time change of the contact line of the hole and the axle in the non-circular section. The creation of geometric eccentricity is affected by the variation. Based on the analytical method, a mathematical model of the center distance variation is established.Based on MATLAB, the center distance variation of rectangular splines with two sizes and different small-diameter holes and axles are simulated. The influence of the amount of small-diameter clearance between the hole and the axle and the size of rectangular spline structure on the variation rule of the center distance is revealed. By analyzing the contribution of the variation rule of center distance to geometric eccentricity and its influence on the transmission accuracy of shaving gears, combined with the working conditions of the fixture, the applicability of the tubular fixture for gear-shaving to rectangular spline hole gears is evaluated, and a control strategy for the accuracy of gear blank and fixtures is proposed.
