抛光硬质合金刀片对车削工件表面质量的研究
Research on Surface Quality of Turning Workpieces Considering Polishing Carbide Inserts
【摘要】 使用抛光后不同表面粗糙度的硬质合金刀片对GH4169镍基高温合金进行干式车削加工试验,研究切削速度、切削深度、进给量、刀片表面粗糙度4个因素对工件表面粗糙度的影响规律,利用多元回归法建立工件表面粗糙度的经验预测模型。试验证明,硬质合金刀片表面粗糙度越低,工件表面粗糙度越低,该方法在车削镍基高温合金时对硬质合金刀片表面粗糙度的选择和表面质量控制具有指导意义;建立的经验预测模型精度为90.43%,可实现加工前根据工艺参数较准确地预测工件表面粗糙度并进行控制。
【Abstract】 The carbide inserts with different inserts surface roughness after polishing is used in dry turning experiment on nickel base superalloy GH4169. The influence of four factors, namely cutting speed, cutting depth, feed and inserts surface roughness, on the surface roughness of the workpiece is studied. The model of empirical prediction of the surface roughness of the workpiece is established by multiple regression method. The experiment proves that the lower the surface roughness of the carbide inserts is, the lower the surface roughness of the turning nickel base superalloy is. The method is of guiding significance to the choice of the surface roughness of the carbide inserts and the surface quality control for turning nickel base superalloy. The accuracy of the established model is 90.43%. The surface roughness of workpiece can be accurately predicted according to the process parameters, and can be controlled.
