【摘要】 服务贸易的发展为地区带来新的发展契机，为产业结构升级注入了新活力。本文借助中国推进“服务贸易发展机制创新”的契机，利用“服务贸易创新发展试点政策”这一准自然实验构建双重差分模型，识别了服务贸易创新发展影响区域产业结构的因果效应。研究发现：服务贸易创新发展试点政策显著促进了试点区域的产业结构升级，并且存在明显的“批次效应”与递增的动态效应，且通过人力资本效应、技术创新效应和资本积累效应的影响路径进行传递。本文为各地区如何通过服务贸易发展促进产业结构升级提供了经验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of trade in services has brought new opportunities for regional development and injected new vitality into the upgrading of industrial structure.This article takes advantage of the promotion of China of“Innovation in the development mechanism of service trade”and uses the“pilot policy for innovative development of service trade”as a quasi natural experiment to construct a differences-in-differences model, identifying the causal effects of the impact of innovative development of ser-vice trade on regional industrial structure.Research has found that the pilot policies for innovative development of trade in services have significantly promoted the upgrading of industrial structure in the pilot areas, and there are obvious“batch effects”and increasing dynamic effects, which are transmitted through the impact paths of human capital effects, technological innovation effects and capital accumulation effects.This study provides empirical evidence for how various regions can promote industrial structure upgrading through the development of service trade.更多还原
