社会及社会-生态网络对牧户规模化养殖的影响研究
Impact of social and social-ecological network on herder’s large-scale breeding practices
【摘要】 规模化养殖是优化草地资源配置、提升畜牧生产效率的必然要求,探究牧户规模化养殖的影响因素对于推动草原畜牧业高质量发展具有重要意义。基于社会-生态网络视角,利用青海省典型牧业村-共和县羊让村的牧户微观调研数据构建社会-生态双层网络,运用自动逻辑行动者属性模型实证检验了社会、社会-生态网络结构和个体属性特征对牧户规模化养殖行为的影响。结果表明:1)社会网络效应中,传染效应通过模仿和认知趋同促进了牧户采纳规模化养殖,而活跃效应则对牧户规模化养殖产生负向影响。2)社会-生态网络效应中,社会-生态倒三角形结构有利于牧户规模养殖行为的采纳,即基于草地资源共享而建立的生产协同关系有助于整合知识与经验、补充稀缺资源,提升规模化养殖的可能性。3)个体属性方面,可利用草场面积和草原生态补奖金额具有显著正向效应,表明充足的土地和资本禀赋是推动牧户生产规模扩大的必要条件。据此,应强化牧户社会网络的培育与发展、鼓励牧户探索并创新畜牧生产合作模式,同时有序引导草地流转与非牧就业,以推动草原畜牧业转型升级。
【Abstract】 Large-scale breeding is an indispensable prerequisite for optimizing the allocation of grassland resources and enhancing the production efficiency of livestock husbandry. Exploring the influencing factors behind herdsmen’s adoption of large-scale breeding practices is of paramount importance for fostering the high-quality development of grassland-based livestock husbandry. Based on the social-ecological network perspective, we construct a social-ecological two-layer network for herders by using micro survey dataset in Yangrang Village, Gonghe County, a typical pastoral village in Qinghai Province, and empirically examine the influence of social and social-ecological network structures and individual attributes on herders’ large-scale breeding behavior by using the Auto-Logistic Actor Attribute Model. The results indicate that: 1) In the social network effects, the contagion effect promotes the large-scale breeding behavior of herders through imitation and cognitive convergence, while the activity effect negatively affects herders’ large-scale breeding behavior. 2) In the social-ecological effects, the social-ecological inverted triangle structure is conducive to the adoption of large-scale breeding practices by herders, i.e., the production collaborative relationship established based on the sharing of grassland resources helps to integrate knowledge and experience, supplement scarce resources, and enhance the possibility of large-scale breeding. 3) In terms of individual attributes, the available grassland area and grassland ecological compensation exert significant positive effects, indicating that sufficient land and capital endowments are necessary for expanding herders’ production scale. Accordingly, the cultivation and development of herders’ social networks should be strengthened, herders should be encouraged to explore and innovate cooperative modes of animal husbandry production. Simultaneously, government should orderly guide grassland transfers and non-pastoral employment, to promote the transformation and upgrading of grassland-based livestock husbandry.
