新质生产力与畜禽粪污能源化利用及其改进——基于县域宏观数据和养殖户微观数据的跨层实证
New quality productivity and energy utilization of livestock manure, and its improvement: A cross-level empirical study
【摘要】 为加快农业面源污染治理,促进畜禽养殖低碳可持续发展,基于河北省县域宏观数据和养殖户微观调研数据,明晰了新质生产力与养殖户畜禽粪污能源化利用行为及其改进的逻辑关系,并探讨了不同维度生产力的协同作用和规模异质性视角下的行为差异。研究发现:1)新质生产力能够引导养殖户采纳并改进畜禽粪污能源化利用行为。分维度看,数字生产力能够引导养殖户采纳并改进畜禽粪污能源化利用行为,科技生产力和基础生产力能够分别引导养殖户采纳和改进畜禽粪污能源化利用行为,而生态生产力对养殖户采纳和改进畜禽粪污能源化利用行为的引导作用未能有效发挥。2)科技生产力水平和生态生产力水平的提升会阻碍基础生产力水平提升,从而抑制养殖户采纳或改进畜禽粪污能源化利用行为。生态生产力和数字生产力水平的提升,有助于增强科技生产力对养殖户畜禽粪污能源化利用行为的引导作用。3)总体来看,新质生产力及其子维度生产力对规模型养殖户畜禽粪污能源化利用行为及其采纳的引导作用更加明显。生态生产力和基础生产力对非规模型养殖户畜禽粪污能源化利用行为及其采纳的抑制作用更为突出。据此,应优化新质生产力发展策略,打好相关政策“组合拳”,实施差异化和针对性帮扶措施。
【Abstract】 In order to accelerate the control of agricultural non-point source pollution and promote low-carbon and sustainable development of livestock breeding, based on macro data from counties in Hebei Province and micro survey data from farmers, the logical relationship between new quality productivity and the energy conversion behavior for livestock manure and its improvement was clarified, and the synergistic effect of different dimensions of productivity and behavioral differences from the perspective of scale heterogeneity were explored. Results reveal that: 1) New quality productivity can promote farmers to adopt and improve the energy utilization of livestock manure. From a dimensional perspective, digital productivity can guide farmers to adopt and improve the energy utilization of livestock manure, while technological productivity and basic productivity can respectively guide farmers to adopt and improve the energy utilization of livestock manure. However, the guiding role of ecology productivity in farmers′ adoption and improvement of the energy utilization of livestock manure has not been effectively played. 2) The improvement of technological productivity level and ecology productivity level will hinder the improvement of basic productivity level, thereby inhibiting farmers from adopting or improving the energy utilization of livestock manure. The improvement of ecology productivity and digital productivity level helps to enhance the guiding role of technological productivity in the energy utilization of livestock manure by farmers. 3) Overall, the new quality productivity and its sub dimensional productivity have a more significant guiding effect on the adoption of energy utilization of livestock manure by regulated model breeders. The inhibitory effect of ecology productivity and basic productivity on the adoption of the energy utilization of livestock manure by non-standard model breeders is more prominent. Based on this, we should optimize the development strategy of new quality productivity, implement a combination of relevant policies, and implement differentiated and targeted assistance measures.
