【Abstract】 In the new era, hospital construction urgently needs to enhance the participation in activities of grassroots trade unions through the leadership of party building. This study deeply analyzes the diverse factors affecting the participation in activities of grassroots trade unions in hospitals and elaborates on the measures and their efectiveness implemented under the leadership of party building, using the trade union activity points management as a handle. Hospital trade union work should focus on strengthening the leading role of party building in trade union building,continuously promoting the improvement of participation in activities of grassroots trade union groups in hospitals, and thus contributing to enhancing the overall competitiveness of hospitals and promoting their high-quality development.更多还原
