【摘要】 目的 了解老年骨质疏松症患者成功老龄化现状，为制定干预措施及管理策略提供参考。方法 2024年1—8月，采用便利抽样法选取西湖大学附属杭州市第一人民医院骨科门诊诊断为骨质疏松症的≥60岁患者为研究对象，运用中文版成功老龄量表评估研究对象成功老龄化水平。采用多重线性回归模型分析影响研究对象成功老龄化的因素。结果 研究对象成功老龄化评估得分（47.22±11.09）分。年龄≥80岁、高中及以上文化程度、独居、合并慢性病数量≥2种、社会支持水平高、健康素养水平高是老年骨质疏松症患者成功老龄化的影响因素（β=-0.252、0.310、-0.218、-0.233、0.264、0.191,P<0.05）。结论 老年骨质疏松症患者成功老龄化水平较低，建议重点关注该疾病高危人群，制定针对性干预策略，改善其健康行为和自我管理能力，助力实现成功老龄化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the current status of successful aging in elderly patients with osteoporosis,and provide a reference for formulating targeted intervention measures and management strategies.Methods From January to August 2024,a convenience sampling method was adopted to recruit patients aged ≥60 years diagnosed with osteoporosis at the Orthopedics Clinic of Hangzhou First People’s Hospital Affiliated to Westlake University as research subjects.The Chinese version of the Successful Aging Scale was used to assess the level of successful aging of the subjects.A multiple linear regression model was applied to identify the influencing factors of successful aging in the subjects.Results The total score of successful aging among the subjects was 47.22±11.09.Factors influencing successful aging in elderly patients with osteoporosis included age ≥80 years,educational level of senior high school or above,living alone,comorbidity with ≥2 chronic diseases,high level of social support,and high level of health literacy(β=-0.252,0.310,-0.218,-0.233,0.264,0.191;P<0.05).Conclusion The level of successful aging in elderly patients with osteoporosis is relatively low.It is suggested that priority should be given to the high-risk groups of this disease,targeted intervention strategies should be formulated to improve their health behaviors and self-management abilities,thereby facilitating the achievement of successful aging.更多还原
