【摘要】 培养公共卫生方面的新质人才，是深化医药卫生体制改革、保障全民健康需求的重要措施。开展现场流行病学能力培训、培养高质量公共卫生人才队伍、兼顾地区公共卫生发展的实际需求，是各地区构建现代化基层公共卫生治理体系和治理能力的必由之路。文献分析梳理目前国内各级现场流行病学培训项目的实践情况发现，当前培训项目存在基地建设不完善、课程规划不合理、能力提升不全面和评估机制不健全4点核心问题。针对基层公共卫生机构特点，建议从4个方面进行优化：加强区域合作，夯实基地建设基础；以需求为导向，优化人才培养策略；创新培训形式，强化实践教学效能；健全评估体系，促进培训质量提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cultivation of new quality professionals in public health is crucial for deepening healthcare system reform and meeting the health needs of the population.Carrying out field epidemiological training,cultivating high-quality public health talent teams,and meeting the practical needs of regional public health development are the only way for various regions to build a modern grassroots public health governance system and governance capacity.It analyzes and combs 4 core challenges in current domestic field epidemiology training programs at various levels:poor base construction,irrational curriculum planning,incomplete capacity enhancement,and inadequate evaluation mechanisms.Considering the characteristics of grassroots public health institutions,4 optimization strategies are proposed including strengthening regional cooperation to consolidate base construction,conducting targeted training based on demand,innovating training methods to emphasize practical teaching,and establishing a comprehensive evaluation framework to promote training quality.更多还原
