【摘要】 目的 了解甘肃省某核设施周边地区学生、教师和医务人员对核辐射风险的认知状况，为当地开展核辐射宣传教育提供理论依据。方法 采用简单随机抽样进行问卷调查，获取调查对象对核辐射风险认知情况及相关知识获取途径等资料。结果 收集有效问卷1 255份，医务人员505份，学生606份，教师144份。调查对象对核辐射基础知识、医疗照射、核事故相关知识以及核事故后应急行动知晓率分别为65.73%、74.86%、80.96%、34.92%。在核辐射知识知晓程度方面，医务人员高于老师和学生；男性高于女性；受教育程度、城镇化程度越高，认知水平越高（P<0.05）；获取核辐射知识的首选途径为专家讲座和互联网。结论 调查对象对核辐射事故应急相关知识了解程度较低，当地政府应加强核辐射知识的宣传。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the cognitive status of students, teachers and medical personnel on nuclear radiation risk in the area around a nuclear facility in Gansu Province,and to provide theoretical basis for the nuclear radiation publicity and education at local.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted by simple random sampling to obtain information about the respondents’ cognition of nuclear radiation risk and the way to acquire relevant knowledge.Results A total of 1 255 valid questionnaires were collected from 606 students, 144 teachers and 505 medical personnel. The awareness rates of basic radiation knowledge, medical exposure, nuclear accident related knowledge and post-nuclear accident emergency actions of survey respondent were 65.73%, 74.86%, 80.96% and 34.92%,respectively. The knowledge of nuclear radiation among medical staff is higher than that of teachers and students,men are higher than women,the higher level of education and urbanization with the higher cognitive level(P<0.05). In terms of acquiring nuclear radiation knowledge,the first choice was expert lectures and the Internet.Conclusion The survey respondents have a low understanding of nuclear and radiation accident emergency knowledge, and the local government should strengthen the publicity of nuclear and radiation knowledge.更多还原
