【摘要】 目的 了解公共卫生硕士深造意向及影响因素，为高校开展公共卫生硕士教育提供参考依据。方法 2025年3-4月，对某综合性大学224名公共卫生硕士进行问卷调查，采用Spearman相关分析和二元logistic回归分析影响公共卫生硕士深造意向的因素。结果 21.43%的公共卫生硕士有深造意向。性别、硕士类别、独生子女情况、学生对导师指导能力评价情况、发表论文数量、专业学习感受得分、培养机构满意度得分对公共卫生硕士深造意向的影响差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。性别、发表论文数量、专业学习感受得分是影响公共卫生硕士深造意向的关键因素（OR=2.773、1.830、1.285,P<0.05）。结论 公共卫生硕士教育需增强教育政策性别敏感性，理性看待论文对深造意向的影响，构建情感支持型学术共同体及差异化压力管理、专业可视化路径体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the intention and influencing factors of master of public health(MPH) to further study,in order to provide a reference basis for universities to carry out graduate education in public health.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 224 MPH students at a comprehensive university from March to April 2025,and Spearman’s correlation analysis and binary logistic regression analysis were used to explore the factors affecting MPH students’ intention to pursue further studies.Results There were 21.43% of MPH had the intention of further study. The differences in the influence of gender, postgraduate category, only child status, students’ evaluation of supervisors’ guidance ability, number of published papers, subject value recognition score, professional learning feeling dimension score, and training institution satisfaction score on the intention of MPH to pursue further studies were statistically significant(P<0.05). Gender,number of publications,and professional learning feeling score were the key factors influencing the intention to pursue further studies in MPH(OR=2.773, 1.830, 1.285; P<0.05).Conclusion Public health graduate education should enhance gender sensitivity in educational policies, rationally consider the impact of thesis on further study intentions,build an emotionally supportive academic community,and establish differentiated pressure management systems and professional visualization pathways.更多还原
