【摘要】 目的 梳理我国公共卫生从业人员服务能力领域文献，分析公共卫生从业人员服务能力的研究现状、热点与前沿趋势，为公共卫生从业人员服务能力整体性提升提供参考依据。方法 以中国知网、万方数据库作为文献来源，采用CiteSpace 6.3.R6(64 bit)文献计量软件对2014—2023年我国公共卫生从业人员服务能力领域文献进行可视化分析。结果 公共卫生从业人员服务能力相关研究文献较少，2014—2023年该领域共发表文献543篇；作者之间呈个别联系、整体分散的局面；研究机构之间较为独立，研究主体以高校为主；研究热点为影响因素、乡村医生、资源配置、农村地区等方面；2019年以后出现的突现词有对策、影响因素和健康扶贫。结论 公共卫生从业人员服务能力领域关注度有待提高，应加强公共卫生服务能力体系建设，助力公共卫生服务能力整体提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To sort out the literature in the field of service competence of public health practitioners in China,to analyze the current research status,hotspots and cutting-edge trends of service competence of public health practitioners, and to provide a reference basis for the holistic enhancement of service competence of public health practitioners.Methods The CNKI database and Wanfang database were used as the source of literature,and CiteSpace6.3.R6(64 bit) bibliometric software was used to visualize and analyze the literature in the field of public health service capacity in China from 2014 to 2023.Results The research literature related to the service capacity of public health practitioners was relatively few,with a total of 543 publications in this field from 2014 to 2023;the authors were in a situation of individual linkage and overall dispersion;the research institutions were relatively independent from each other,and the main body of the research was dominated by colleges and universities;the hot spots of the research were in terms of influencing factors,rural doctors,resource allocation,rural areas,etc.;and the emergent words that appeared after 2019 were countermeasures,influencing factors and health poverty alleviation.Conclusion The attention to the area of service capacity of public health practitioners needs to be improved,and the construction of the public health service capacity system should be strengthened to help improve the overall capacity of public health services.更多还原
