医疗废物暂存间物联网信息化应用管理的研究
Research on the application and management of Internet of Things information in the temporary storage room of medical waste
【摘要】 医疗废物暂存间是疫源敏感地,现行人工纸质化管理模式下,在收集送存、清洁转运等关键环节缺乏有效监管手段,存在生物安全风险,一旦发生事故后果十分严重。研究将物联网、电子标签、传感器、控制器、监视器、计重器、人工智能等技术应用于医疗废物暂存间管理中,对收集送存、清洁转运、保养维护、人员出入、督导检查、异常响应等方面的操作规程和关键环节进行改造。同时,利用先进科技手段,构建了一套高效精准的医疗废物处置管理方案,推动管理模式从传统人工纸质化向信息化、自动化、智能化转型,实现物联网设备、PC端与移动终端的高效协同交互。同时,依托信息技术强大的数据处理能力,集成统计分析、预警报警、行为干预等功能,有效弥补了医疗废物处置管理的短板,为风险隐患排查与突发事件应对提供科技化解决方案。
【Abstract】 The temporary storage room for medical waste is a sensitive epidemic source area. Under the current manual paper-based management model,key links such as collection and delivery,cleaning and transportation lack effective supervision measures,posing biological safety risks. Once an accident occurs,the consequences would be extremely serious. It applies technologies such as the Internet of Things(IoT),electronic tags,sensors,controllers,monitors,weight meters,and artificial intelligence to the management of medical waste temporary storage rooms,transforming the operational procedures and key links in aspects such as collection and delivery, cleaning and transportation,maintenance, personnel access, supervision and inspection, and abnormal response. Meanwhile, using advanced technological means,a set of efficient and precise medical waste disposal management solutions has been constructed,promoting the transformation of the management model from traditional manual paper-based to informatization,automation,and intelligence,and achieving efficient collaborative interaction among IoT devices,PC terminals,and mobile terminals. Relying on the powerful data processing capabilities of information technology, functions such as statistical analysis, early warning, and behavioral intervention have been integrated, effectively making up for the shortcomings in medical waste disposal management and providing technological solutions for risk and hazard investigation and emergency response.
