【摘要】 目的 了解云南省卫生健康监督机构查处案件情况，为进一步规范和强化查处案件工作提供依据。方法从国家卫生健康监督信息报告系统中提取2019—2022年云南省卫生健康监督机构查处案件的个案信息进行统计分析。结果 2019—2022年云南省卫生健康监督机构查处案件数分别为5 564件、6 488件、9 112件和9 694件，查处案件罚款总金额从2019年的1 742.67万元升至2022年的6 192.76万元；来源于卫生监督检查的案件从73.85%升至85.07%；简易程序案件数的比例分别为28.23%、45.90%、42.13%和50.75%。结论 云南省卫生健康监督机构查处案件工作量、工作效率逐年提升。建议不断拓宽案件来源，合理运用简易程序和一般程序，在追求高效率的同时注重执法效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the features of punishment cases by health supervision agencies in Yunnan Province,and to provide a basis for further standardizing and strengthening the work of investigating and dealing with cases.MethodsExtracting individual case information of punishment cases by health supervision agencies in Yunnan Province from the National Health Supervision Information Reporting System from 2019 to 2022 for statistical analysis.ResultsFrom 2019 to 2022,the number of punishment cases by health supervision agencies in Yunnan Province were5 564,6 488,9 112,and 9 694,respectively,and the total fines for punishment cases rose from 17 426 700 yuan in 2019 to 61 927 600 yuan in 2022;the proportion of the number of cases originating from sanitary supervision and inspection in that year rose from 73.85% to 85.07%;the proportion of the number of cases in the simplified procedure accounted for 28.23%,45.90%,42.13% and 50.75%,respectively.ConclusionThe workload and efficiency of the investigation and handling of cases by health supervision organizations in Yunnan Province have increased year by year.It is recommend to constantly broaden the source of cases,and reasonably use the simple and general procedures to focus on the effectiveness of law enforcement while pursuing high efficiency.更多还原
