【摘要】 目的 了解公众对3种常用口罩性能的认知并通过实验对口罩性能进行比较，用以验证实验结果与公众认知是否相符。方法 2022年1月1—31日，采用便利抽样法，选取390名居民进行问卷调查，分析不同类型人群对口罩的认知差异。结果 选择N95型医用防护口罩的学院教育阶段人群与医学背景职业人群占比高，分别为78.35%、74.83%；选择佩戴时长为≥4 h的就业阶段人群与医学背景人群占比高，为17.98%。分别为检测时长在60 min、120 min、240 min时，与一次性防护口罩、医用外科口罩比较，N95型医用防护口罩的细菌滤过阻隔效率更高。结论 公众对口罩性能存在不同程度的错误认知。有必要面向社会加强科普宣传。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo understand the public’s perception of the performance of three types of commonly used masks and compare the performance of masks through experiments to verify whether the facts are consistent with public perception.MethodsFrom 1st to 31st January 2022,convenience sampling method was used to select 390 residents to conduct a questionnaire survey to analyze the cognitive differences of masks among different types of residents.Results The proportion of college education population and medical background occupational population who chose N95 medical protective masks was higher,with 78.35% and 74.83% respectively;and the proportion of employment population and medical background population who chose to wear for 4 hours or more was higher,accounting for 17.98%. When the detection time was 30 minutes,the bacterial filtration barrier of N95 medical protective mask,disposable protective mask and medical surgical mask were all greater than 98%. When the detection time was 60 minutes,120 minutes and240 minutes,the bacterial filtration barrier efficiency of N95 medical protective mask was higher than that of disposable protective mask and medical surgical mask.ConclusionThe public has different misunderstandings about the performance of masks. It is necessary to strengthen the publicity of popular science.更多还原
