基于混合现实的免疫细胞健康科普设计研究

【摘要】 传统健康科普在呈现复杂抽象的免疫学知识时存在局限。研究旨在设计、开发并初步评估一种混合现实(MR)的免疫细胞健康科普设计,以期提升公众的理解和参与度。在研究方法上,首先,依据免疫细胞的细胞核、细胞膜及染色等关键生物学特征,对多种代表性免疫细胞进行三维可视化建模,构建了科学精确且具有视觉吸引力的数字模型;其次,基于微软HoloLens 2开发了混合现实的应用程序,实现了用户通过自然手势与三维免疫细胞模型进行实时、沉浸式的交互。初步的小范围用户测试结果表明,该MR科普体验能够有效激发用户的学习兴趣,增强用户的参与感,并显著促进他们对抽象免疫学概念的直观理解。该研究成果证实了MR技术在免疫细胞科普领域的应用潜力,为复杂生命科学知识的创新性传播与教育提供了有价值的实践参考。

【Abstract】 Traditional health science popularization faces limitations in presenting complex and abstract immunological knowledge. The research aims to design, develop, and preliminarily evaluate a mixed reality(MR) educational program on immune cells, with the goal of enhancing public understanding and engagement. In terms of methodology, firstly, three-dimensional visualization models of various representative immune cells were constructed based on key biological characteristics such as the cell nucleus, cell membrane, and staining, creating scientifically accurate and visually appealing digital models. Secondly, a mixed reality application was developed based on Microsoft HoloLens 2, enabling users to interact with the 3D immune cell models in real-time and immersively through natural gestures. Preliminary small-scale user testing results indicate that this MR educational experience can effectively stimulate users’ learning interest, enhance their sense of participation, and significantly promote the intuitive understanding of abstract immunological concepts. The findings of this research confirm the application potential of MR technology in the field of immune cell science popularization, providing a valuable practical reference for the innovative dissemination and education of complex life science knowledge.
