【摘要】 通过分析龙头企业参与农业对外投资的国际经验和国内实践，探究我国农业“走出去”的发展现状及面临的风险，并提出有针对性的对策。采用文献梳理、案例分析等研究方法，结合中国农业对外投资合作的相关数据，深入分析龙头企业引领农业走出去的优势，找出关键性的制约因素。我国农业对外投资主体日趋多样，投资方式不断规范，投资模式逐渐转型，但仍面临着国际社会“农业保护主义”盛行、部分国家农业产业化经营水平较低、国际农业金融支持不足以及国际化管理经验有待提升等风险。龙头企业引领我国农业“走出去”的优势表现在操盘国际大宗农产品供给、推动农业对外投资合作、主导国际农产品贸易以及培育农业专业技术人才等四个方面。因此，未来应进一步完善法规，形成鼓励企业“走出去”的政策导向；加强引导，推动企业向全产业链经营模式转型；搭建平台，充分发挥农业援外工作的桥梁作用；重视合作，加强各类协会和民间团体的非正式交流，以全面提升产业化龙头企业的引领作用，推动我国农业更好地“走出去”。更多还原

【Abstract】 By analyzing the international experience and domestic practice of leading enterprises participating in agricultural outward investment,this paper explores the current development status and risks faced by China’s agricultural “going global”,and proposes targeted countermeasures to comprehensively enhance the leading role of leading enterprises in the process of agricultural "going global".Using research methods such as literature review and case analysis,combined with relevant data on China’s agricultural outward investment and cooperation,this study deeply analyzes the advantages of leading enterprises in leading agriculture to go global,and identifies key limiting factors.As a result,China’s agricultural outward investment entities are becoming increasingly diverse,investment methods are constantly standardized,and investment models are gradually transforming.However,it still faces risks such as the prevalence of international“agricultural protectionism”,low levels of agricultural industrialization management in some countries,insufficient international agricultural financial support,and the need to improve international management experience.The advantages of leading enterprises in leading China’s agriculture to go global are reflected in four aspects:managing the supply of international bulk agricultural products,promoting agricultural foreign investment and cooperation,leading international agricultural product trade,and cultivating agricultural professional and technical talents.In the future,regulations should be further improved to form a policy orientation that encourages enterprises to"go global";Strengthen guidance and promote the transformation of enterprises towards a full industry chain business model;Building a platform to fully leverage the bridging role of agricultural aid to foreign countries;Emphasize cooperation,strengthen informal exchanges between various associations and civil society organizations,in order to comprehensively enhance the leading role of industrialized leading enterprises and promote better“going global”of agriculture in China.更多还原
