PET纤维在低IFT柴油/水分离材料中的应用研究

【摘要】 针对低油水界面张力(IFT)下柴油中乳化水分离难题,探究了聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)纤维直径与含量对材料油水分离性能的影响。通过造纸湿法成型工艺制备了PET/玻璃纤维油水分离材料,并开展油水分离性能测试。结果表明,当材料中2μm直径PET纤维含量为20%时,材料的油水分离效率达90%,压降为3.3 kPa,材料下游中值水滴粒径(D50)约5μm。本研究展现了PET纤维在低IFT柴油/水分离材料中的应用价值,为材料设计提供了理论支撑与工程化指导。

【Abstract】 To address the challenge of separating emulsified water from diesel fuel under low interfacial tension(IFT) conditions, this study investigated the influence of polyethylene terephthalate(PET) fiber diameter and content on the oil-water separation performance of filtration materials. PET/glass fiber composite materials were fabricated via a wet-laid papermaking process, and their separation performance was evaluated. The results show that when the material contains 20% PET fibers with a diameter of 2 μm, the oil–water separation efficiency reaches 90%, with a pressure drop of 3.3 kPa and a downstream median water droplet size(D50) of approximately 5 μm. This study demonstrates the applicability of PET fibers in low-IFT diesel/water separation and provides theoretical support and engineering guidance for the design of high-performance coalescence materials.
