造纸助留助滤系统的发展趋势研究

【摘要】 近些年来,随着造纸溶剂的环境由酸性逐步变化为中性甚至碱性、湿部化学技术的不断进步以及人们环保意识的不断增强,单一化学品构成的助留助滤剂系统已很难满足实际生产的需求。结合微粒、高分子聚合物工艺的探索和现代造纸工业的技术进步,已发展出数种具有良好实用效果的多元助留助滤系统,成功为造纸湿部化学提供了工艺指导。多元系统在保证基本助留助滤性能的同时,也弥补了传统助留助滤工艺所引起的纸页性能损失,是未来造纸湿部化学和助留助滤体系发展的关键突破点之一。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the continuous improvement of paper machine speed, the continuous promotion of medium alkaline paper making and the deepening of the cognition of wet end system, the traditional single-component retention and filtration system has been unable to meet the needs of actual production. Combined with the exploration of particle and polymer processes, modern paper industry has developed a variety of multiple retention and filtration systems with good development prospects on this basis. The multicomponent particle system has its unique advantages, not only has better retention and water filtration performance, but also can make up for the loss of uniformity and strength caused by high retention and high filling, which is one of the key breakthrough points in the future development of papermaking wet end chemistry and retention and filtration systems.
