新能源工业微电网运行控制问题分析及应对方案

【摘要】 新能源工业微电网是保障工业生产的经济性和连续性,促进规模化分布式新能源就地消纳和高效利用的重要手段。但工业微电网内电力电子化程度高,非线性、冲击性负荷占比高,“源-网-荷-储”耦合强且特性复杂,使得系统呈现阻尼特性弱、电能质量差、暂态抗扰能力弱系统易失稳等特征,严重制约了工业微电网的推广应用。为了梳理新能源工业微电网运行控制典型问题及应对方案研究的相关进展,该文对微电网典型网架结构与源荷特征进行了梳理,并对微网小扰动稳定、电能质量、暂态稳定、多模式灵活运行4个重点方面的问题与应对方案进行详细综述并加以点评,最后对新能源工业微电网未来在运行控制方面的研究方向加以展望。

【Abstract】 Industrial microgrid is the effective method to promote the efficient consumption of new energy and ensure the stable supply of industrial loads. However, due to the high degree of power electronics, high proportion of nonlinear and impact loads, and complex characteristics of “source-grid-load-storage”, the microgrid presents the characteristics of weak damping and power quality, poor transient immunity, and the system being unstable, which restrict the popularization and application of industrial microgrids. In order to sort out the typical problems and solutions in microgrid, the paper summarizes the typical grid structure and source-load characteristics, and then reviews the related problems and strategies from the four aspects of microgrid small disturbance stability, power quality, transient stability, and multi-mode flexible operation. Finally, the prospects in future research direction of industrial microgrid in operation control are put forward.
