【摘要】 基于“中间概念测量法”自主开发师范生师德测评工具，选取某省属H大学的4900名师范生作为测试对象进行测评，发现：师范生师德处于中等水平；不同年级师范生师德存在显著性差异，大一年级最好，大二、大三几乎持平，大四年级最差；从教意愿影响着师范生的师德水平，立志从教的师范生师德水平显著高于未立志从教师范生的；未经历过教育实习的师范生在各项指标的师德表现均优于经历过教育实习的师范生；师范生应对师德困境的方式与策略呈现出一定特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the “intermediate concept measurement method”, a self-developed teacher ethics assessment tool for normal university students was created. A test was conducted on normal university students from H University, and the results showed that: the teacher ethics of normal university students was at a medium level; there were significant differences in teacher ethics among normal university students of different grades, with the first-year students having the best performance, the second and third-year students being almost the same, and the fourth-year students having the worst performance; the willingness to teach affected the teacher ethics level of normal university students, with those who were determined to teach having significantly higher teacher ethics levels than those who were not; normal university students who had not undergone educational internships performed better in all indicators of teacher ethics than those who had; the ways and strategies that normal university students used to deal with teacher ethics dilemmas presented certain characteristics.更多还原
