【摘要】 为了解河溪水库浮游植物群落结构特征及其影响因素，于2017—2022年对河溪水库浮游植物的丰度、种类组成及环境因子进行季度调查。结果显示，河溪水库浮游植物的种类组成基本上以蓝藻和绿藻为主；汛期的浮游植物丰度和蓝藻相对丰度显著高于非汛期，多元回归分析和冗余分析结果表明，蓄水量和降水量等水文因素是其主要影响因素，推测河溪水库浮游植物群落结构的季节性差异主要是受水文动态引起的营养盐浓度和透明度变化影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to determine the characteristic of phytoplankton community structure and its driving variables in Hexi Reservoir(Guangdong, South China), phytoplankton assemblages and environmental factors were investigated quarterly from 2017 to 2022. Results demonstrated that phytoplankton community was mainly composed of Cyanophyta and Chlorophyta over the period. Phytoplankton abundance and the proportion of Cyanophyta in rainy season were significantly higher than that in dry season. Multiple regression analysis and RDA analysis showed that water storage of the reservoir and precipitation were the main influencing factors. It was speculated that the seasonal characteristic of phytoplankton community structure in Hexi Reservoir was resulted from the nutrient concentration and transparency change caused by hydrological conditions different between rainy and dry seasons.更多还原
