新质生产力视域下工业机器人技术人才培养模式构建与实践
Research on the Cultivation Mode for Industrial Robotics Talents under the Theory of New Quality Productivity
【摘要】 以广西师范大学机械工程系工业机器人应用人才培养为实践载体,基于新质生产力理论框架,构建包含“机制创新-目标定位-模式重构-课程改革-平台搭建-评价优化”创新体系,探明“政校企行四方联动+校院企三级保障”的产教协同机制,重塑产教融合新生态。通过产业数智化转型需求图谱分析,确立“价值塑造+技能精进+创新赋能”三维共育进阶式的育人目标;构建“五阶递进+德技创融通”的人才培养模式,建构“平台支撑+双向贯通+模块集群”的岗课赛证融通课程体系,打造“校企研创共生+云端智慧赋能”数字化教学资源平台,建立“数据溯源+五维诊断+动态反馈”全过程质量监测体系。研究结果为职业教育数字化转型提供参考,推动新质生产力与产业升级协同演进。
【Abstract】 Taking the cultivation of industrial robotics application talents in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Guangxi Normal University as a practical carrier, and based on the theoretical framework of new quality productivity, this study builds an innovation system encompassing “mechanism innovation, target orientation, mode reconstruction, curriculum reform, platform construction, and evaluation optimization.” It explores the industry-education synergy mechanism of“ four-party linkage(government, school, enterprise, industry)+three-level guarantee(university, college, enterprise)” to reshape the new ecology of industry-education integration. Through analyzing the demand mapping for industrial digital and intelligent transformation, a three-dimensional, progressive educational goal of “value shaping+skill refinement+innovation empowerment” is established. The “five-step progression+integration of ethics, technology, and creativity” talent cultivation model is constructed, along with the “platform-supported, bidirectional articulation, modular cluster” integrated curriculum system aligning with posts, courses, competitions, and certifications. A “school-enterprise collaborative research/innovation symbiosis+cloud intelligent empowerment” digital teaching resource platform is created, and a “data traceability+five-dimensional diagnosis+dynamic feedback” whole-process quality monitoring system is established. The research findings provide a reference for the digital transformation of vocational education and promote the synergistic evolution of new quality productivity and industrial upgrading.
