【摘要】 做好涉农高校劳动教育是培养新时代优秀“三农”人才、推进农业强国建设的必然要求。然而，当前涉农高校劳动教育普遍面临专业实践场域缺失、多重资本支持不足、良好惯习培养受阻等现实挑战。“一站式”学生社区作为学生学习、生活的重要空间，为涉农高校劳动教育开展提供了重要场域支撑。基于场域理论，文章从构建纵横贯通与多元协同的组织管理体系、夯实四维联动与韧性支撑的支持保障体系、打造分层递进与五育融合内容活动体系三个方面梳理了涉农高校“一站式”学生社区赋能劳动教育的逻辑理路，并进一步提出相应的实践路径，以实现涉农高校“一站式”学生社区与劳动教育协同发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Strengthening labor education in agriculture-related universities is an inherent requirement for cultivating outstanding “agriculture-rural-farmer” talents in the new era and for advancing the construction of an agricultural powerhouse.However, labor education in agriculture-related universities currently faces a range of practical challenges, including the absence of specialized professional practice fields, insufficient support from multiple forms of capital, and constraints on the cultivation of positive and stable habitual dispositions.As an important space integrating students′ learning and daily life, the “one-stop” student community provides a critical field-based foundation for the implementation of labor education in agriculture-related universities.Grounded in field theory, this study systematically elucidates the logical rationale through which the “one-stop” student community empowers labor education in agriculture-related universities, focusing on three dimensions: the construction of an organization and management system characterized by vertical-horizontal integration and multi-stakeholder collaboration; the consolidation of a support and guarantee system featuring four-dimensional linkage and resilient backing; and the development of a layered and progressive content-activity system integrated with the “five domains of education”.Furthermore, this study proposes corresponding practical pathways aimed at promoting the synergistic development of the “one-stop” student community and labor education in agriculture-related universities.更多还原
