面向农业强国的作物学博士培养新路径——以浙江大学“双核驱动、三环相嵌、四维协同”培养体系为例

【摘要】 针对我国作物学博士培养面临的产教脱节、价值引领弱化、协同壁垒及成果转化低效等问题,浙江大学构建了“双核驱动、三环相嵌、四维协同”培养体系。该体系以“专业筑基×价值引领”为核心,融合科研与思政教育;通过“深耕固本—产学相济—弘毅致远”路径贯通基础研究到产业应用;依托战略联动、校际协同等机制,整合长三角资源,建立“实验室—试验田—产业链”实践基地,推行“真题真做”教学。经过16年的不断探索和实践,该体系培养了大批复合型人才,有力支撑了种业振兴和乡村振兴战略,为农业强国建设提供了可复制的人才培养模式。

【Abstract】 In response to the challenges of disconnection between education and industry, weakened value guidance, collaborative barriers, and inefficient achievement transformation in China′s doctoral training for Crop Science, Zhejiang University has developed an innovative training system characterized by a "dual-core driven, three-phase embedded, four-dimensional synergistic" approach.This system prioritizes the integration of "disciplinary foundation × value cultivation, " merging scientific research with ideological education.By following a pathway of "in-depth foundational research-industry integration-global perspective development, " it effectively connects basic research to industrial applications.The system capitalizes on strategic alliances and inter-university collaboration mechanisms to consolidate resources within the Yangtze River Delta region, establishing practical bases that encompass "laboratory-field trials-industrial chains" while implementing a "real-world problem-solving" pedagogy.Over 16 years of continuous exploration and practice, this approach has successfully cultivated a wealth of interdisciplinary talent, significantly contributing to the revitalization of the seed industry and rural areas, while also providing a replicable model for talent training in the pursuit of building an agricultural powerhouse.
