不同药剂对危害山苍子红头芫菁的防治效果
Efficacy of Different Pesticides in Controlling Epicauta ruficeps on Litsea cubeba
【摘要】 为筛选能高效防治危害山苍子Litsea cubeba红头芫菁Epicauta ruficeps的化学药剂,研究采集连南瑶族自治县山苍子种植示范基地被害林的红头芫菁成虫,选用8种化学药剂,设置有效成分浓度处理1、10和20 mg·L-1,清水为对照,成虫饥饿24 h后采用室内浸叶法观察取食,统计药后1、3、5、7 d的虫口校正死亡率。结果表明,1.8%阿维菌素乳油、10%虫螨腈悬浮剂、31%甲维·灭幼脲悬浮剂和3%甲维盐悬浮剂各浓度对红头芫菁药效均不理想;2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂、6%联菊·啶虫脒微乳剂和30%噻虫嗪悬浮剂效果好,10 mg·L-1浓度施药1 d后对红头芫菁致死率即超过70%,3 d后致死率接近或达到100%。3种药剂可针对红头芫菁群聚危害特性,快速降低虫口密度,减少灾害损失。
【Abstract】 To screen for highly effective chemical pesticides against the Epicauta ruficeps infesting Litsea cubeba,this study collected adult beetles from infested forests in the L.cubeba planting demonstration base in Liannan Yao Autonomous County.Eight chemical pesticides were selected and tested at three concentrations of active ingredients set at 1, 10,and 20 mg·L-1,using distilled water as the control.After 24 hours of starvation,beetle feeding was observed using an indoor leaf-dipping method,and the corrected mortality rates were recorded at 1, 3, 5,and 7 days post-treatment.The results showed that the efficacy of 1.8% abamectin emulsion, 10% chlorfenapyr suspension, 31% emamectin benzoate and diflubenzuron suspension,and 3% emamectin benzoate suspension was poor at all tested concentrations.In contrast, 2.5% high-efficiency cyhalothrin emulsion and 6% chrysanthemum imidacloprid microemulsion and 30% thiamethoxam suspension were highly effective.At a concentration of 10 mg·L-1,these three pesticides caused over 70% mortality in E.ruficeps within 1 day,and the mortality rate approached or reached 100% within 3 days.These three pesticides can target the aggregation behavior of E.ruficeps,rapidly reduce its population density,and minimize damage.
