铈钛氧化物脱硝催化剂的制备、性能及其反应动力学测试——一个综合创新性实验
Preparation, Performance, and Reaction Kinetics Testing of Cerium-Titanium Oxide Denitrification Catalysts: A Comprehensive Innovation Experiment
【摘要】 化学综合实验可以激发学生对化学学习的兴趣,开阔学生的视野,让学生了解到化学前沿知识,培养学生的科研兴趣与综合创新能力。本新创实验是在前期科学研究工作的基础上,结合本科基础化学知识和前沿科研方向,以科研促教学为目的,选择大气污染物氮氧化物的消除为实验内容。实验主要包含铈钛氧化物催化剂的制备、脱硝性能及动力学测试;并通过多种方法对催化剂进行表征,探究不同的制备方法对催化剂的结构、氧化性能和表面酸性的影响,从而理解催化剂结构和性能的关系。通过化学实验课与创新实验竞赛“课赛一体化”,将科研内容渗透融合入实验教学中,进而从整体上提升本科生的综合创新能力。
【Abstract】 The comprehensive experiment of chemistry can arouse students’ interest in chemistry study, broaden their horizon, let them know the frontier knowledge of chemistry, and cultivate their interest in scientific research and comprehensive innovation ability. In this novel experiment, on the basis of the preliminary research work of the teacher’s research group, the elimination of atmospheric pollutant nitrogen oxide was selected as the experimental content for the purpose of promoting teaching through scientific research by combining the basic chemistry knowledge of undergraduate and the direction of cutting-edge scientific research. This experiment included the preparation of cerium titanium oxides catalysts, and the tests of denitration performance and kinetics. The catalysts were characterized by a variety of methods to explore the influence of different preparation methods on the structure, oxidation performance and surface acidity of the catalyst, to understand the relationship between the structure and performance of the catalyst. Through the integration of chemistry experiment course and innovation experiment competition, the scientific research content is infiltrated into the experimental teaching, to improve the comprehensive innovation ability of undergraduates as a whole.
