对硝基苯甲醇的绿色乙酰化
Green Acetylation of p-Nitrobenzyl Alcohol
【摘要】 醇的乙酰化反应是大学有机化学的基本知识之一,将其开发为有机化学基础实验对学生掌握课本知识和常见实验仪器的操作有深远意义。本文研究了对硝基苯甲醇的乙酰化反应,在硅胶负载高氯酸催化的情况下,以乙酸乙酯作为替代乙酰化试剂,生成乙酸对硝基苄酯,产率为93%。作为本科生基础实验,该实验具有操作简单、产率高、反应时间短等优点,还同时兼具了“绿色化学”实验的特点,适用范围广,具有良好实验前景。
【Abstract】 The acetylation reaction of alcohols is one of the basic knowledge of organic chemistry in universities. The development of it as the basic experiment of organic chemistry is of profound significance for students to master the textbook knowledge and the operation of common experimental instruments. This paper investigated the acetylation reaction of p-nitrobenzyl acetate in 93 % yield. As a basic experiment for undergraduate, the experiment has the advantages of simple operation, high yield, short reaction time, but also has the characteristics of “green chemistry” experiment, a wide range of application, has a good experimental prospect.
