基于知识图谱的油气管道应力检测技术发展趋势研究
Research on Development Trend of Oil and Gas Pipeline Stress Detection Technology Based on Knowledge Graph
【摘要】 油气管道与土壤相互作用可能导致应力集中,引发管道损伤甚至工程事故。因此,对油气管道应力集中程度的检测、分析及评估具有重要意义。文中运用CiteSpace和VOSviewer文献分析软件,对该领域国内外相关文献从多角度进行知识图谱分析,并在此基础上进行发展趋势研究预测。检索结果经分析表明:国外超声和涡流检测技术已常规化,并积极探索复合检测技术和人工智能应用,国内则处于起步阶段,目前主要关注力磁耦合模型和应力量化分析方法。针对传统检测技术的适用范围及局限性,国内外都已研发出了结合多种检测技术优点的复合检测技术。应力检测在管道上已经在大量开展,应力检测能够提升管网安全;为克服传统检测技术的局限性,复合检测技术成为未来发展趋势;此外,亟需开展海量检测数据智能分析方法的研究,为油气管道应力检测技术的进一步发展提供技术支撑。
【Abstract】 The interaction between oil and gas pipelines and soil may lead to stress concentration, causing pipeline damage and even engineering accidents.Therefore, the detection, analysis, and evaluation of stress concentration in oil and gas pipelines are of great significance.This article used CiteSpace and VOSviewer literature analysis software to conduct knowledge graph analysis of relevant domestic and foreign literature in this field from multiple perspectives, and on the basis of this, the development trend was studied and predicted.The analysis of the search results shows that ultrasound and eddy current testing technologies are routinization abroad, the composite detection technology and artificial intelligence applications are actively explored.In China, it is in the initial stage, and the main focus is on the force-magnetic coupling model and the stress quantification analysis method.In view of the application scope and limitations of the traditional detection technology, the composite detection technology combining the advantages of various detection technologies are developed at home and abroad.Stress testing is extensively carried out on pipelines, which can enhance the safety of the pipeline network.To overcome the limitations of traditional detection techniques, composite detection technology becomes a future development trend.In addition, there is an urgent need to conduct research on intelligent analysis methods for massive detection data, providing technical support for the further development of stress detection technology for oil and gas pipelines.
