高阶工程实践课程:研究生深度融入产业实践的创新路径

【摘要】 为积极响应国家对高端工程创新人才的迫切需求,并精准应对当前工程类专业学位研究生在知识结构广度不足、工程意识淡薄及综合工程创新实践能力欠缺等方面的挑战,助力研究生高效融入产业实践,浙江大学国家卓越工程师学院通过新建、重组或优化校内多学科及校外多基地实践资源,开设了全流程、模块化、递进式的“高阶工程认知与实践”课程。课程依据工程系统开发技术脉络及其构思、设计、实施、运行的全生命周期设置相应的实践内容,深化学生对现代工程与产业领域的全面理解,培养其从宏观角度审视复杂工程系统的能力,并显著增强其应对各类复杂工程挑战的综合技能。文章详尽阐述了课程的教学支撑要素构建、教学内容设计、实施策略及所取得的成效,旨在为卓越工程师工程实践能力培养体系的构建提供借鉴与参考。

【Abstract】 In order to actively respond to the urgent demand of the country for high-end engineering innovation talents, and accurately respond to the challenges of insufficient knowledge structure breadth, weak engineering awareness, and lack of comprehensive engineering innovation practical ability of engineering degree graduate students, and to help graduate students efficiently integrate into industrial practice, the National Graduate School for Elite Engineers of Zhejiang University has established, restructured, or optimized multi-disciplinary and multi base practical resources on campus, and opened a full process, modular, and progressive “Advanced Engineering Cognition and Practice” course.The course is based on the technical framework of engineering system development and its full lifecycle process of conception, design, implementation, and operation, with corresponding practical content set up.It deepens students’ comprehensive understanding of modern engineering andindustrial fields, cultivates their ability to examine complex engineering systems from a macro perspective, and significantly enhances their comprehensive skills in dealing with various complex engineering challenges.The article elaborates in detail on the construction of teaching support elements, teaching content design, implementation strategies, and achievements of this course, aiming to provide reference and guidance for the construction of the engineering practice ability training system for elite engineers.
