依托现代产业学院的粤港澳大湾区集成电路紧缺人才培养

Exploring Urgently-Needed Talent Cultivation for Integrated Circuit Industry in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Based on the Modern Industry Institute

【摘要】 作为国家战略性产业,集成电路具有技术密集更新快、多学科交叉融合、理论与实践紧密结合,以及资本投入巨大等特点,对人才培养提出了全面挑战。本文遵循新工科建设理念,依托集成电路现代产业学院建设,充分利用校企联合实践教学平台,立足产教深度融合,从课程体系、教学模式、能力培养路径和评价方式等方面入手,构建了“一核多元三层”的课程体系,创立了涵盖企业导师的“双师双境多法”教学模式,设计了“内综外融递进”的能力培养路径,确立了“两面两级两维”的评价方式,建立并实践了紧缺人才培养模式,为粤港澳大湾区集成电路产业人才供给提供了坚实保障。

【Abstract】 Integrated circuit industry is a strategic sector in China known for its high technological intensity, rapid technological advancements, convergence of multidisciplinary technologies, seamless integration of theory and practice, and substantial capital investment. These features present extensive challenges and requirements for talent cultivation. In this paper, following the concept of New Engineering, relying on the Modern Industry Institute of Integrated Circuits, basing on the deep integration of industry and education, we have revamped and innovated in the aspects of curriculum framework, teaching method, competence development pathway, and evaluation approach. We have constructed a “one core, multiple elements, three layers” curriculum system, established a “dual-teacher, dual-environment, multi-method” teaching model(including the team with both academic and industry experts), designed a “internal integration, external fusion, layer upon layer progressives” competence-building pathway(including the education-industry joint platform of practice teaching), established a “two sides, two levels, two dimensions” evaluation approach, and then explored and practiced the urgently-needed talent cultivation model. The results show that our model is systematic, effective and feasible.
